The Relationship Center is one of the ways in which Samarco maintains an open dialogue with all the municipalities and communities where it operates. To clarify doubts and to register suggestions and complaints, send email to relacionamento@samarco.com. The messages sent will be analyzed and answered as soon as possible.
You can also get in touch by calling 0800 033 8485. Service from Monday to Friday (except holidays), from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
