On Monday, November 23rd, Samarco participated in a dialogue with the National Association of Mayors – Frente Nacional de Prefeitos (FNP), in Mariana (MG). The meeting had among its participants mayors from 18 cities in Minas Gerais, namely Alpercata, Belo Horizonte, Belo Oriente, Bom Jesus do Galho, Caratinga, Córrego Novo, Ipaba, Mariana, Marliéria, Naque, Ouro Preto, Rio Casca, Rio Doce, Santa Cruz do Escalvado, São Domingos do Prata, São José do Goiabal, São Pedro dos Ferros and Sem Peixe.
During this meeting, the Company listened to their concerns about the emergency needs of the municipalities impacted by the dam accident and answered questions about the next actions planned for the work fronts.
