In the beginning of this week, Samarco installed a service center in Mariana to assist the families impacted by the accident of the dams. The objective is to centralize the demands, doubts and claims of the community in one place to facilitate the assistance and follow up of solutions done by employees who work in different work fronts.

Since the first week, there were nearly 290 services already provided. The main manifestations were related to health, financial support and documentation.

The service center located on Avenida Bom Jesus, 157, Centro, is open from Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
