Samarco is committed to clarifying all doubts and questions about the company’s performance regarding the environmental recovery of the areas affected by the Fundão Dam burst. From the very beginning, the turbidity plume monitoring actions in the Doce River and at sea, as well as studies of the species present in both environments, are being carried out by the company.
Samarco also maintains an open and constant dialogue with all environmental agencies and the governments of Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo, either through regular meetings or reports, so that all interested parties can have access to what is being done.
