According to a new legal decision from the 1st Court of the city of Linhares, since June 1st, any kind of fishing, except that intended for scientific research, is temporarily prohibited.
As the decision points out, the area in question is comprised of the stretch from the Barra do Riacho region in Aracruz until Degredo in Linhares, within its 20 meters of depth. It is important to highlight that the decision could be revised after the technical results are analyzed.
