Programs

In the TTAC signed by Samarco, the remedial actions that are to be developed, planned and executed by the Foundation were divided into 41 programs and two fronts: socioeconomic programs and socioenvironmental programs.

The development and execution of the programs abide by certain principles, such as transparency and community engagement in the discussions and preference for the employment of local and regional labor to stimulate the economies of Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo.

All the programs are supervised by the public authorities, pursuant to the terms established in the TTAC, and accompanied by the impacted populations. External audits are carried out and an ombudsman has been set up to assist citizens.
